I used a reforge from the general shop so I could use fine Reforges but then I got max attack power 4 level on my Hagi Shuriken, which is 8+ max damage. I feel like this is pretty good so should I still use my fine Reforges? I feel like I may not do better, and I I should use them, what exactly should I aim for?
