Best Pet [Combat Wise] and Best Way to Level Pets?

I read this thread and decided to go test whether they got exp or not, and yes it is true. I did an adv SCC with my level 13 commerce partner summoned right before i kill the doppelganger.

She then leveled up from the quest exp multiple times.

Edit: I'm bad, i was wrong. (tested on dorren's request)

Are you absolutely sure it's quest EXP and not Doppelganger Kill EXP?

Yep, i made sure. and there would be no way the doppelganger's exp would level her multiple times. i can get on and test it again in a moment, i'll try to take pictures.

On another note, how much exp do pets get? all 100% of it? or like 40%? nevermind read wiki and it said 25%

EDIT: Did it again and took pics. I was wrong, they do not get exp from your mission
EDIT2: I decided to redo it in dorren's request to avoid any monsters and messing up the exp.
and yea i was wrong, commerce partners don't get exp from your mission exp.

IIRC pets get increased experience, like 110% or 140% or something like that. When summoned, they get 25% of the master's, but I have no idea if that bonus EXP is affected in that state. I could be wrong though.

And what is the level cap for pets anyway? 200?
