  she just stands there in her usual pose no items are equipped
  
  totally feel like i wasted nx and a perfectly good outfit now :c

  Also, I just realized that's not what you asked. But if you want to get it off anyhow, this is how you do it...if you're that disappointed that the poses don't work lol.

  I wish for this too, although I'm not sure if a ticket is the right way to go about it. Those are for reporting actual problems/glitches with the game or players. They'll probably dismiss it as a non-issue or "working as intended."
  If you want to make a suggestion, perhaps going to the forums would work?

  Poses don't really work with commerce partners, you should have known that for the longest time now. It was even an announcement at one point, it was also a sticky in nexon's forums, and nation's forums.
  
  Nexon won't help you with this, you chose to give something to your commerce partners, and now you either have to pay nx to remove it, or just live with it. Goodluck anyways I suppose, miracles do happen when it comes to their customer service, just keep the outfit in their inventory for the time being(not equipped), in case they unbind it.

  Yes, however, are you sure your commerce partner can't pose at all? They have a lot of poses they do while idling.
  
  A 240 disp commerce partner can use Portia's, crinoline outfit, commerce partner's default pose, and Ethna's pose at random at anytime. Rather than a Maid or Butler, they only have one pose while idling most of the time.
