Emergencies and unexpected things.
IMO. Rechargeable Visa Giftcards at Canada Post imo is the way to go. Activation fee, monthly like 2-3$ a month. No way to screw yourself over with what money you don't have on the card. Unless you go to the bank and put on alot.

do this.
osap is student loans for post secondary and grad education. Don't tell me you're using osap money on games. But you're probably talking about odsp.
This is why I never used my card online.
I had an experience with PayPal, they charged me £600 out of nowhere. I was like, whoa~ that's my money gone. And I have no idea what just happened. Me and my parents contacted them, and they returned the money.
My second experience is with eBay, I just bought cheap Arts Materials for round £50. And then 1week later, I saw my bank statement saying I spent £100. I was like what what what. I swear to God, that was the only time I've bought from eBay, and those are the only things I've bought. I contacted eBay, complained, show them my receipt. After that day, I never shopped in eBay.
Last one is with my own bank, HSBC, my card has been cloned, the f person withdrawn £600 in the span of 6 days. My credit limit is £100 a day.
Since then, I never used my card. I plan on changing banks.
I ask my friends to buy things off online, and I pay them instead.
Splat, what you need is a visa/mastercard giftcard from any of your local grocery store, however the difference between that and an actual online debit or credit card is simple: Debt.
When you start owing the bank cash, the government will step in, and when they see that you're using your government issued cheques for this purpose, you'll be in deep shit. Really deep shit.
Bankruptcy will lead you to lose all of your possessions to make up whatever debt you owe the bank and/or government. Not only that, your guardians, such as your sister, mother, or whoever who looks after you will suffer as well. They may even lose their homes if you decide to go completely overboard. If they lose their homes, you will have no choice but to either go A: Homeless, or B: Take shelter at a government owned care facility where they lock you up like an animal.
Play it safe, go to a store, buy a 25$ visa or mastercard, not vanilla though, they suck, or have your sister find you a refillable giftcard from a local bank.
soo card i got is vanilla ... (packing is hide it until after you purchase and open it ) what is bad about vanilla ?
Not as good as chocolate.
