  That's how the society works these days, Nowadays people just look down/judge you.

  Seriously, I heard a radio show the other day where a woman was giving other women advice to NEVER date a guy who makes less money than her, and that you should never sign a prenup so that if things go bad you can get half his money and etc. That was the entire show. 3 hours of her telling women never to date any man that isn't loaded.

  Most girls I know don't want a broke loser whose going no where in life and can't hang onto a dollar they just want a guy with some stability. That doesn't mean he has to be wealthy, they want a man with a 9 to 5 job with a decent income. They're not looking for a one-night stand they're looking for someone to start a family and make a life with. You can't do that whole counting change for a loaf of bread. If you've never held a job or are content with working at mcdonalds forever no one will find you attractive. That's not gold digging that's having reasonable standards.

  I think the older women get, less they believe in love, and one too many broken relationships led to bitterness of it all that can't be cured. They see the end of a relationship as sure thing, and taking money from the guy in their mind is compensation for that inevitable ends (this is the mindset of a lot women who have been cheated on). In a way, their mindset turned their fear into reality because they never truly trusted, and the vicious cycle continue for these poor souls.
