Are hotkeys broken right now?

My hotkey were working fine yesterday, but they all reset today. My extra skill slots won't even show even though I have them checked to show. And every time I log off/end game they reset back to default. My item bags are also being reset from their position, so is my map and my clock.

EDIT: And apparently I can't even check the housing board now. Everything seems to be breaking for me. D:

EDIT2: My hotkeys randomly fixed themselves. Housing is still broken for me.
