How will I know when I have enough dexterity

  I'm planning on starting lances once I finish warrior, and currently I'm ranking archer for the dex.
  
  I know that you get bonus dex if you're in archer talent, bonus int if in mage etc.
  How will I know when I have enough so that when I switch to the warrior talent, I'll have at least 200 dex?

  Don't worry too much when you don't get that 80% balance on every weapon. Keep playing, and you will get there.

  Without enchants thats impossible btw... Im capped and i still have 78% balance with a knight lance lol....

  To add on to this, remember that you can use your enchants to reach the 80% balance. I know I’m usually associated with being the 80 balance fanatic, but I actually didn’t have 80 balance with my lance without elegant enchant until I hit 1k dex. I’m only sitting at 80 balance with my lance because I have 1.1k (1.2k with sniper title) dex, and I still need balance enchant to get 80 balance on Taunes. Many balance enchants are actually pretty nice for damage gear too, such as warming, pretty much your ultimate hybrid enchant for accessories, and it’s 4 balance per the enchant. You’re gonna need much more than archery to get to that much dex, but you will get there at some point. Also, one thing to mention: when you are grinding dex skills, you might find a point where you realize that you’re actually doing damage with bow so you just use bow more often instead. That was the case for me until Ninja got released; now I use both about equally.
  
  Also note that archery synergizes probably the best with warrior, since it gives a little bit with strength, as well as providing utility that warrior might sometimes lack, and giving good boost for puppet too. Crash shot + lance windmill is pretty much a guaranteed kill for elite mobs when you have around 600 max for both and with ele 3+.

  I have 80 balance with my not-the-highest grade knight lance without enchants. Maybe you're using lower grade one, or at 1/1? Or both?

  I have 80 balance with my not-the-highest grade knight lance without enchants. Maybe you're using lower grade one, or at 1/1? Or both?

  
  
  I think I purchased a smithed one... I honestly dont remember I just kinda made it on a whim with wat I could find :/

  You can also get sight for armor prefix. Get swarming accessories if you can get your hands on the enchants. The urns can summon golem field boss, which can drop the enchant.
  
  I don't know what else to tell you, just rank dex skills. Note that many of dex skills also give str.

  If I were you I'd continue focusing on your str skills for right now and in the mean time get some enchants like elegant>Swarming>Sight (In order of difficulty from easiest to hardest) Sight will be kind of hard to find since the gacha that gave out the burn has been updated and no longer gives out the burn for it. Swarming I really wouldn't rely on to get fast (I've hunted the golems and its taken between 3 to 100+ golems to even see the enchant drop once) more of a thing you do in your spare time/ check on once in a while. two swarming accessories + elegant will give you quite a bit of balance as is and isn't too hard to get. If you're using metal gauntlets swarming is also an acceptable enchant for universal max damage if you don't have access to Difficult. Those enchants should be more than enough to bump you up a possible 22 balance if 3 swarmings+ elegant.
