Mabinogi Won't Recognize Pack Files

  After the SAO update Mabi was crashing every time I opened the client, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The setup version I have on my computer is v183 I also have the pack files to get it from 183 to 190, so all I should need to download is the SAO update. However even though they are in the package folder Mabi isn't finding them or whatever and is attempting to re-download all the patches from 183 to 191 instead of just 190-191.
  
  So how do I tell it to look at these things and stop wasting my data?

  Mabi doesn't check the package files to figure out what version you're at, it checks version.dat. Edit it with a hex editor, but put it one version before the current so that the launcher downloads the latest .exe and other files too alongside the last package.
