Game offline?

  Nexon didn't misinform anyone. Regardless if it expires or has no function what so ever it is still a free yui. Nexon did not say anywhere that it would have function or will not expire, you guys only assumed that. And if you don't like how nexon does things voice your concern on the official mabinogi forum and if you still don't like what they tell you or is not satisfy, then just stop playing. Most of us that play nexon games for years are use to this.
  
  Edit: and I been using ninja for dailies and I have never crashed either. After the mant that is.

  I still wait for some clear confirmation that these skills were fixed. After 2 days of crashing I got tired of it and turned Mini Effects on.
  Personally, I haven't crashed since then, but it severely affects gameplay.
  All I know that there were still people reporting crashes from those skills after this maintenance, so it was enough to assume it wasn't the issue that was addressed. Especially that the maintenance was maybe a day or two after marking the report as forwarded.

  Oh, people did voice their concerns on official forum (me included). Shortly after that the thread was locked.
  
  And don't worry, I'm not planning on quitting (yet). I'm having way too much fun from the game. I do, however, start having an issue with the distributor.

  but where/when/what did they hide? I see everything you are having an issue with explicitly mentioned. Hiding information is misinformation, but I see absolutely nothing hidden.

  What period of time is this? Before the maintenance that stated that some issues were fixed? You've kept mini effects on since then or was this recent?

  Lucky you =\ getting stale to me. Gotta sck it up and rank all skills to rank 1 before the game shuts down atleast, that way the millions of cash I used won't be a waste.

  It's true that the announcement was misleading. That's why people are upset. It's not wrong to be upset. [S]It's wrong to harp all over the Nexon forums about it even after Sabina said there's nothing that could be done about it.[/S] I was sorely disappointed to find out that on top of the temporary Yui that it was going to be given out on a lottery basis, but... they won't do anything about it, so oh well.

  Not for another good year, considering content's still going strong in the other servers. They make so much revenue off of Mabi that I really doubt they'd let go of steady profit.

  Well based on the amount of people in game who actually play and have no issue spending their money that don't post on the forums...I'd say a very very long time

  There was no info about expiration (from website), though ever since they knew there will be giveaway, they knew it's going to be time limited (from forum). I call it hiding information.

  Maintenance that added ninja skills was on Wednesday 7/23. I turned on Mini Effects around Friday of same week and haven't turned it off, even after the maintenance on next Wednesday that was supposed to fix some crashing issues, because right after that people kept creating threads about random crashes after the patch, and that were merged into thread talking about ninja skills causing crashes (not to the cutscene-related ones or any other).
  On the other hand, if Nexon learned to create some proper changelog, a lot less people would be upset too.
