We will be having scheduled maintenance on Thursday, August 14. During this time the game will be unavailable. Maintenance is expected to begin at 6:30 AM Pacific and last approximately 4.5 hours.

Pacific: 6:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Eastern: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Probably because that's how the message was set up initially. They just didn't push it out or something. (nor did they bother editing it)
