Hey guys, I'm here again with a different question. One of my friends is trying to play the game, but he's running into some issues.
When he logs in, his character model is entirely black, his map is black, and he can't see his options menu at all. Also, with other player's models, he can sometimes see the armor, sometimes can't. Most everything is black. Everything besides that seems fine.
He's running Windows 8.1 and has an Intel Family Graphics card.
Any suggestions?

He should get the latest video drivers from the site of the company that built his computer, or Intel's site.

We updated the graphics drivers, but unfortunately it didn't work.
Should a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series be able to run this game? I'm starting to just doubt whether the computer has enough power where Mabi needs it to.

What are the specs?
How were the drivers updated? There's multiple ways and not all of them will actually get the latest drivers.

Intel Core i3 is all I know unfortunately.
We got the graphics drivers off the main site. Is there anything else that could possibly impact performance?

What drivers did you get, what site did you get them off of?
You can install and run Speccy to get detailed info on the parts of a computer.
http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download/standard
And you can open the Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+Escape) and in the startup section uncheck programs that don't need to be running 24/7.
