Crystallite Collecting

  Curses! Kirito has destroyed Lisbeth's prized sword! He'll need a storehouse-worth of Crystallite for her to make a new one... problem is, Crystallite is carefully guarded by the White Dragon. It's a dangerous mission and Lisbeth isn't feeling up to the task- so it's up to you to take her place and collect Crystallite while Kirito distracts the dragon!

  The first time you complete the event, you'll receive the Crystallite Blacksmith 2nd Title in addition to the standard rewards.

  Wednesday, Aug. 20 - Tuesday, Sept. 9 (3 weeks)
  
  Event Details:
  

  
  
  • Talk to Lisbeth next to Nerys at Dunbarton's Weapon Shop once per day to learn how you can help Kirito gather Crystallite.
    
  • Meet Kirito where he's battling the White Dragon.
    
  • Let Kirito take on the dragon - you focus on collecting up Crystallite as it drops
    
  • Look out for ogre-like beasts that will spawn and attack you during the event
    
  • Collect 30 Complete Crystallite and redeem them to Lisbeth for Lisbeth's Gift Box

  Well this seem like a fun little thing to do in between all those dungeons runs. Hopefully that box holds nice things inside, but I am not expecting too much somehow from it.

  I think the 2nd title is glitched. I completed the quest and did the event yesterday but it didn't give me the title.

  Looking at the wiki none of the prizes from the box are worth bothering with the event. Will probably do it once for the title then forget it exists.

  I got no "alert" that I got the title, but when I checked my 2nd title list, I saw the SAO Lisbeth title in there.
  It wasn't "the Crystallite Blacksmith" but it still gave me a 2nd title.

  Hmmm I also had SAO Lisbeth but I got that from the character card pack I bought (bought all the character packs)
  
  So maybe Nexon derped on their announcement. You didn't have the SAO Lisbeth previous to yesterday?

  I was slightly motivated to buy that title by buying the outfit package but knowing I got it for free doing the event makes me not have to waste gold on it now. I might still buy the outfit but at least now i dont have to waste 8.8k nx or like 3m getting the outfit+title.

  Theoretically you can finish the event in around 2~3 minutes without having to fight any Snowfield Slayers if you repeatedly enter and leave the mission after collecting that 1 Complete Crystallite Ingot that drops, since you can keep it even after you forfeit the mission. That's saving 5+ more minutes than staying in the mission. Nonetheless, really tedious to keep clicking like this, heh.. So I guess you could do a mix of both waiting for the monsters to drop and leaving if you're pissed off at the White Dragon. (Stupid how you can't even punch it as retaliation for so kindly freezing off 100 HP.)
