Anyone have this problem?

I put in a full Kirito set into my dressing room, I open it up because I want to dye a piece and the ENTIRE set is gone, I hope this is just a glitch, but relogging didn't do anything.

No chance of me being hacked either, I'm very good with security, and if I was, they would've taken my Yui + Wings.

It's not affecting me with the Asuna | Lisbeth SAO sets. I don't own the male counterparts nor a Hagi wig, so I can't confirm. I think this is an individual case, but I'll ask around.
Meanwhile, have you submitted a ticket yet?

I submitted a ticket definitely, but from experience, Nexon won't answer me for a month+ I'm sure ;-;

Nexon's customer service is actually a lot better now. They should be able to answer you within a few work days. Would they actually give you another kirito outfit? That's questionable.

Sometimes male clothing ends up in the female tab, and vice versa. Best to have both checked.

And did you use the search bar at the bottom? Case sensitive.[/FONT]

I have that button checked, tried male only, female only, searched the items name as well with the box being empty instead of the items in it ;-;

To be clear, I did search "Kirito" as well as "Ninja" for my Hagi Wig, what I meant by an empty box is it showing something like this.
