Any tips on how to train the two of these? I've been ranking charge on SCC but not sure if there's a more effective way to do it. For counter is there any highly aggressive mobs that i can train it on or anything in particular?

SCC is pretty decent, ive been using it as well. For lance counter I used dorren's request because of endless spawns that u can be assured of basically, and they tend to like to smash as well.

Try Lions in Iria. Right of Cor, Cennae Meadows(?)
Thats where i ranked mine. Helps if you have a cheap wooden lance with the exp reforges.

Any mob in Tara castle mission is move because of high cp to hp ratio.
For lance counter, you can easily get the training by using icebolt on a bear then using the skill.

For Lance Counter, I just threw rocks at wolves, since they don't have the same cancel-smash-in-your-face AI that bears do.
For Lance Charge... ugh that skill. I got a Lance Charge EXP level 2 reforge by using an NPC reforging kit on a lance, and just took it into various missions. Unfortunately the finish rule is not a quick way to train the skill on groups, as Lance Charge's dash will not kill enemies with a finish on them, only the impact on the enemy you targeted will, so you should try to find some enemies that meet the CP requirements while having low enough HP for you to kill them with the charge too. Consider charging from a horse or other charge-enabled pet for the extra damage to try to kill them in less uses.

Counter: Wolves. Throw a rock at them.
Charge: The Other Alchemists.
