Well, the only cat I ever liked just died.
Like. He was the perfect cat. He just quietly laid there and occasionally wanted petted. He never jumped on or destroyed anything, never made a lot of noise, always went in the litter box. He was pretty much the only good cat to ever exist. And now he's dead. He was like, 12 or something.
Edit: I still don't have human emotions so I'm not crying or sad or anything. I would say my feelings are closer to minor annoyance.

i don't know what you expect out of this thread, though.
like i don't think a lot of other people here have a hatred of cats if any
"He was pretty much the only good cat to ever exist." Is pretty insulting towards other people's cats

Well, I dunno about the other ones but this one was just old. Things die when they get old.

There isn't anything to it but mere chance.

you didn't have to make this thread if you hate cats you know
it doesn't prove anything

Am I the only one who took this thread as a positive sign of "well he did like one cat at least"?
Quite frankly if I was in his position I would almost certainly hate cats like no other too. I just have one tomcat here who isn't nearly as intrusive as some people seem to like their cats (oh yay he's blcoking my keyboard, so cute), and it's still a love hate relationship.
Some people jsut can't deal with individuals running and and out of their room, calling for them all the time, and jumping on their furniture, no matter if children or pets.

My door is broken and doesnt shut tight. So every afternoon when i sleep, i have to barricade it because the cat will come in, jump on my bed, crawl on top of me, grab my eyelids and meow.
Fuck that cat.

Once upon a time my sister had a kitten named Moxie. One cold winter day Moxie went missing and my family suspected that she was either eaten by owls or she had died of hypothermia. It turns out that the latter was in fact true, as we discovered shortly after returning a voice message left by our neighbor.
This was back when we lived in New Hampshire. You have to understand that you can't bury the dead when the ground is frozen. As the matter of kitty bonfire was quite understandably not his responsibility, our neighbor (who had cats of his own) decided to bring our dead kitten back to us...
[SPOILER=""]in a nine-lives bag.

why was a kitten small enough to be eaten by an owl left outside alone, especially in the winter?

I don't rightly know. This happened perhaps ten years ago.
Also, owls can and will kill and eat healthy, fully-matured cats.
