Unless you can tame 5k CP mobs like cake. I am inclined to believe it is multiplicative.

Taming is a horrible skill anyways... Its only use was being forced on u for a generation quest and then after that it has no more use than maybe trolling, that title bonus is like a blank line on that title :/
