  Sorry but it won't be a MMO! D: I don't have the financial capabilities nor a team to pull it off. MMOs are crazy expensive to make.
  I will however, continue updating the game with patches to introduce new content regularly.

  Unreal Engine doesn't have a built in day/night system like Cry Engine does, so what you see is my solution for one :D. I also made it so it acts as the master weather system as well, controlling the fog+cloud density over time, rain patterns etc.

  Yes there will be magic, it won't be any better or worse than melee. It'll just be a different play style. Magic is still really early in the works so it's not set in stone yet :D

  Here to update you guys on one of the features that's in development!
  
  I'm taking the weather system a bit further so that it'll include seasons like summer, winter, spring, autumn/fall. Originally it wasn't planned to have this, but my friends have been bugging me to create one so I thought why not? But if I had to create a feature like this, I feel like it should affect the world in a core mechanic kind of way, make it an integral mechanic rather than something that's on the side.
  
  So you guys know how in RPGs there are different climate themed areas (Volcano area with fire monsters, Cold areas with icy monsters, etc)? Depending on the season, monsters can become stronger or weaker. So monsters desert/lava areas will become stronger in summer, weaker in winter.
  
  If a monster is stronger than usual due to its appropriate season, their drop rate will be higher. If a monster is weakened however, its drop rate will remain the same! The reasoning behind this is to help out players who aren't too skilled at fighting (we all have at least one of those friends) but still have a chance at obtaining the same loot as everyone else. But also benefits the more skilled players by having more of a challenge with the added bonus of better drop rates.
  
  There will also be monsters that change throughout the seasons as well, like this cute guy:

  Another key part of the season system is that it can open or close up areas that you can explore in! So in spring, vines can become more overgrown in the forests allowing players to climb around to new places, lava cooling down in winter so you can walk on it, icy areas melting revealing caves or even closing off areas in winter.
  
  And this is where I need your help! What do you guys think of this? Have any other ideas that could tie in with seasons? I'm all open for input! :D
  
  Oh yeah! As a side note this feature is quite shader heavy on the GPU... D: I'm not even a programmer but I'll try my best to make it run smoothly!

  Something like NPCs appearing only during certain seasons? Or selling different items depending on the season? Maybe being located in different areas based on the season?
  
  Something similar with monsters, maybe? Certain monsters have increased spawn chances during certain seasons, reduced in others? (Boss) monsters exclusive to certain seasons?
  
  Maybe you can pull an economic based feature where the cost of certain items (buying from and selling to NPCs) depend on the season.
  
  If there's any type of gathering from plants, that should definitely be affected by seasons.
  
  Actually, I don't know how long seasons last or anything, so none of these might be feasible.

  This looks really promising. This might be an odd question, but is a characters equipment going to decide how the character looks? Or will there be both functional and vanity equipment?

  The seasons thing has tons of potential, just depends how much time you want to invest into it and balancing cool with annoying.
  
  For example in the summer you can have less stamina in certain areas because of the heat, but be fine in other areas (super weak in desert but normal at the beach). Then in the winter your equipment can determine if your normal or if your character is freezing his nuts off and can't fight properly.
  
  Seasons would affect the ability to find certain items like food from plants, frozen ground + layers of snow in the winter make it harder to dig minerals. Can't fish without digging a hole if the river is frozen...
  
  In the spring you can pick certain plants/food but their effect would be less than if you pick them in the summer after they fully developed.
  
  In the fall certain plants developed to their max (pumpkins! :D ), while others are becoming rotten/dead.
  
  Certain roads would be blocked off in winter, so prices of items in certain geographic regions may be affected because of trade routes being longer or even impossible.
  
  The list is endless.

  Yeah there isn't any lock on feature right now. You have good eye sir! I'm currently experimenting with some semi-lock on stuff, don't want it to be too easy with a full auto target system.
