Cooking Pot's max damage reforge

Anyone with a high level max damage reforge cooking pot happen to know if the damage bonus from reforge is applied as enchant damage for firebolt?

Cause I never see anyone using firebolt with a cooking pot, even though they should provide the highest possible firebolt damage contribution if the reforge is added to the formula in the same manner that enchant max damage is.

It shouldn't.

The reforge doesn't give the same effect that the enchant does. When you see a gear with max damage reforges, it would say how much max damage is added in the gear description, as if it were the item's stat itself. Because of that, it doesn't give the same bonus as the enchants do.

Ah, that makes sense. Would still be cool if someone with such a pot tried it to be 100% sure, though.
