I know mine have. I used to RB ar 100-110 min because I was paying for it and wanted my money's worth.
Now that it's free, I'm often content with 90 or less because I have most of what I want ranked, and I don't need as much AP as before.
Anyone have similar experience?

Yup. I used to get to level 120 per paid weekly rebirth. Now I usually get to 180 or 190 with free ones

Yeah, it's also the fact I don't really have much to rank anymore that'll benefit me.

I went to level 100+ every rebirth due to the 3x monster exp.
AP don't matter to me anymore since I have more than enough AP to cover the upcoming talent. Not sure how much AP required after the exploration talent.
I already capped every skill already as well.

Prior to the exp revamp I hit around 50~55 each level.
After the revamp I hit around 70~110 each level.
I now hit around 80~100 each level.
Meh.
I'm around 220 rebirths in.

Used to push for 100 min before the rebirth change. Nowadays? If I don't feel lazy I might hit 80!

To be honest, even though we can rebirth every week, I don't end up doing so sometimes. Main reason being that I want to stay in the same talent until I finish off the skill I'm training.
Back when it was 3-week rebirth, I hit up to about 140-50. Nowadays, I can still do the same, because when I did level up before, I usually just leveled up a lot during the first week and used two other weeks to train.

I was already a freebirther, but with free weekly rebirths I have become very lazy when it comes to leveling up.

I don't think I've ever really changed the amount of effort I put into leveling up. Though because of EXP table changes, and newer ways of obtaining EXP (and my character becoming stronger and killing things faster) I get higher levels now than before.
My "level per rebirth" progression looks something like this:
3 week paid rebirthing back in the old days before iria: ~35 - 40 max
3 week rebirthing after iria (forgot if paid or not): ~40 - 45ish sometimes more if I did a lot of dungeons or mainstream quests with friends/guild
1 week paid rebirths whenever that came out: between 40 - 50 depending on how much I played, "1 week" rebirth pretty much meant anytime before 3 weeks
1 week paid after the big update that also changed the exp table (I had quit for a while so there was also lots of new leveling methods): about 55 - 65
1 week paid more recently (early 2014): ~ 65 - 70 doing nothing but rafting
1 week free(even though I pay for merlin): average 80 - 90 doing dragon raids/raft

You can keep the same talent when you rebirth though.

I like to go different talent each rebirth to train different things.
