Help on quest: Missing Townsfolk?

  Hello! I have just started playing Mabinogi and have ran into an issue with a quest that is fairly early on in the game.
  
  When I complete through the dungeon and mini boss, I am supposed to rescue a missing townsfolk, the NPC Lost Resident. I have been through the entire thing, and have beaten the mini boss. However, the NPC is not speaking to me at all. I've tried rebooting the game, restarting my PC, redoing the quest. She never seems to speak to me-- which means I am stuck here without the quest completed. Any idea on how to fix this?

  [UB]The lost resident won't talk to you, it has always been that way. All you need to do is clear the dungeon. [/UB]

  Have you tried finishing the dungeon? Like, clicking on the statue in reward room.
