I've been thinking, who's to blame here?
Sid
The parents
The school
Him
All of them?

The parents and the school primarily. The parents gave in to irrational unfounded fears in a very hostile manner, and the school had no balls to tell them how dumb they are. The teacher acted rationally, well except for the implied murder in the end. The boy was very selfish and thoughtless, but whether we should be hostile towards him depends upon his motives.
1. parents
2. school
3. boy
3. teacher

I want to blame the teacher, I really do but in the same situation I cannot say I could just let it all go

You mean for the murder itself? Well he was a victim to a life-shattering experience, which tends to fuck people up. He was the only one who even tried to act rationally and responsibly. I'm inclined to point at the parents and say "people like you cause people like this". It makes me very angry when society puts all of the blame on individuals for situations it only created itself in the first place. It's like voting populists based on opportunist bullshit and then whining about corrupt politicians who only care for votes.
Quite honestly if I had a say I'd let him walk free and make parents and the school make up somehow to him and the family of the child.

I would blame the parents. Parents find it hard to admit that their little 'angels' aren't perfect. My mother is a school nurse, so I can firmly uphold this view of mine. For instance, parents at my mother's elementary school won't buy their son glasses because they don't want to admit he has bad eyes. He can barely see a door handle a foot in front of him. If people can't accept that everyone is flawed, including your child in some way/shape/form, then they really have some growing up to do, and aren't fit to be parents.
It's quite simple to say something is true, and a child isn't exactly a credible source. Innocent? Most likely. Fallible? Most certainly. Not all words are true, even those of your precious darling children.

For the guy getting fired it was the schools and parents fault 100%. For the last part it was the mans. Pretty cool video though.

Not saying he's not at fault, but everyone has a breaking point, that was his
