I'm currently using Speedy Champion Knuckles with pretty just a robe on. I was hoping to get some guidance on the type of armor I should get along with enchants to put on them.
I have about 600k in the bank so buying really expensive wear is impossible right now so I'd need items/enchants that are moderately easy to obtain but I'd also like to know the ideal set up as well.

With 600k I recommend getting "Special" and "Glass Fragment" enchants and enchant those on any types of non-heavy armor. These two enchants are not too expensive (Special comes from ancient mobs/Glass fragment comes from avon theatre missions) and are manageable to buy them within 600k.
Types of armor don't really matter at this point because a)insufficient funds and b)certain enchants require ranking up unnecessary skills (ex: encore requires r1 lullaby and ambush requires r1 blunt mastery). I would say get a r1 tailored magic school uniform, because they give extra def/prot/durability bonus. Don't get heavy armors like Dustin or Royal Knight because these will chunk your fighter damage off later on.
Your ideal set will be Encore (max 10~15) and Ambush (max 7~11). They are a bit harder to get and pricey, but they are viable for the mid to end game. If you truly want end game set, Encore/Champion, Boiling/Champion would be your best bet. You should also stick with light armors or cloth at this point.

Adding on to the above, you can also look at the linen cuirasses that have quartz pitch black pre-enchanted that are drops from raids. 600k is more than enough of a money to buy these things.
Also, you're gonna need more than just an armor. Thankfully, gachas pooped out some goodies for the past couple years, making enchants like Oblivion or Expansive MUCH cheaper than what they used to be before.

Here's some advice: get more money
If you do that then get something like:
Speedy 67th Floor Knuckles
Expansive Elegant/Sun Hands
Oblivion Viscount Feet
Vine/Oblivion Dexterity Head
Duelist Pitch Black Light Armor or Special Ambush Clothes
2x Avenger Accesories or something

Damn, he don't need all of that.
There's enchant chains you can build up to that make you feel powerful without actually being powerful.
Personally, i prefer nostalgic over oblivion for starters, if you have peaca slaves that is. Viscount is a pain in the ass to get. And not always for sale.

Yes, really. Right now it's around 1.5-2 mil, but I'm sure he can find ways to make money.
You also do realize that Oblivion scrolls used to cost 10 mil or more back in the days... right?
