I honestly wish all police were forced to wear body cams, maybe it would prevent police brutality and violation of rights
Or at least make it legal to film police in all 50 states, luckily this man had a camera and was legally allowed to use it.

I do suppose some policemen have to be kept an eye on, some people just get into the job because they think they have free reign, but they actually don't have any more rights than any other person, save for a few minor things.

The cop overreacted, yes, but there was no reason to act like that in the first place when he's just trying to ask a question.

Most of these videos do nothing but showcase how much of a dick people are towards cops for no reason. Like the one at a DUI checkpoint where the guy threw a fucking temper tantrum because the cop asked him to roll down his window. If you aren't doing anything illegal how hard is it to roll down a fucking window, he even said please, shit.

It's extremely important to never let police enter your home unwarranted.

this is not an uncommon occurrence either, police have been known to plant drugs in citizens homes (police quota pressure and what not), and you never know what someone may have brought in your home. Some guy in my high school's dad smoked tobacco out of a pipe.
After letting police search his home the police claimed it contained trace amounts of marijuana and his dad was arrested. Charges were dropped when no marijuana was found on or in the pipe. Not to mention police have a tendency to make a mess while searching, and if anything gets broken they are not responsible for fixing it.

This guy did break a big rule though, he didn't use his fifth constitutional right. You don't have to plead your case, you don't have to say you didn't do anything wrong, in fact saying "I DIDN'T DO NOTHING" probably extended the stay at his door. Simply say "Do you have a warrant?" "I need to see a warrant before I let you inside" "I cannot permit you to come inside without a warrant"

If he had just done that they probably would have fucked off immediately.
