last night i checked balance and bought something then went check new balance and number wouldnt connect
try again today and it says the number has been changed and for $3.00 i can be taken to a directory to attempt to find the new number
did visa go bankrupt ?? how does a number stamped onto billions of plastic cards suddenly go poof ?
