Quote from Odin;1248635:
That's how it works with no-knock warrants.
The cops will break in and enter your house without announcing themselves or presenting their legal documentation to do so.
And if you panic because there is someone in your house at 3AM and shoot said intruder, you get 20 to life for shooting a cop.
Welcome to America. Would you like fries with your handcuffs?
So fucking messed up... Judge must be corrupt.

Something is fishy about this story... Of course, since there are no camera evidence, it is just story vs. story.
I am sure there a lot of people have guns and marijuana hidden in their house, but why call a SWAT team to do a no-knock raid on that particular house? Something just don't add up.

Ya, I wish I know what compelling evidence and the police had to even justify this. Without that evidence, then it was a very irresponsible and careless move on the police and the judge's part. If there is to be proper gun control in America, the police have got to stop being militarized. Like dear lord, seriously now.

I'm ass-stounded by the amount of typos in the above. Is the guy's name Lewis or Louis? Is he 49 or 50?
Tragically, I can make as little sense about the story as the police did with their job.

Ugh, the misspelling of someone's name AND his age...?
NOTHING MAKES SENSE ANYMORE.
