About Pons and Hero Cards

I plan on trying out a different server with a Hero Elite Card but I'm not sure if it'll work since my character with a 2k total is over on Mari. If I make a new character using a Hero Elite Card over a different server, will that work?

As for Pons. I have Pons over Mari as well, I can still use those over a different server right?

UPDATE: Checked the wiki: "Pons are shared across the account."
I can also confirm that Hero Cards can be used for another server if you have an eligible character.
