Everything is black, can't see anything

I get the same problem.... What works for me is talking to Duncan in Tir Chronail and get him to explain the controls (the last tab). It works, but it's a nuisance to do, especially if you're far away...

I often get a black screen whenever I enter buildings but hitting the windows key and then opening options seems makes everything appear. A permanent solution would be nice
