I am getting error message 0x00000113, and since the Nexon support team doesn't feel like helping me out, I decided to come here.
The error message usually looks like this:

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, I have tried restarting my computer, and nothing is working out.
I'm not completely sure on what things I have to provide of my computer details, but I do have this:
