Bah, this feels kinda lazy, only 8 letters maximum, and it doesn't even try to avoid duplicate pokemon.

A name with 4 I's gives 3 Infernapes and an Ivysaur!

And I quickly figured out that it isn't even going to be randomly generated for most people, any other Snowie after me will get the exact same result. (In fact, it gives them the exact same image link as me because that's just how it works)

Oh well.
