So my downstairs neighbor is an avid smoker, at times he fills my room with his heavy second hand smoke which of course is disgusting and pisses me off.
Of course this is bothersome especially during summer where I have an AC and all that does is bring more second hand smoke in.
So one day I come across a bunch of stuff in the apartment complex being given away for free in the middle of the hallway in a box labeled free and I took the router.
I never really bothered with it until today and realized someone forgot to wipe their WiFi settings. How do I know it belongs to my downstairs neighbor? He uses his name as his password.
Turns out he didn't change his password and his net is so much faster than mine.

Except routers store your MAC address :U. The dude might not be computer savvy but what ever governing law enforcement group might be.

Just change his admin password or something to the router. Disable his access at random times and he'll be wondering what the hell is going on.

I'll just use his WiFi to download games if I want it ASAP. No use in screwing up his internet since I have connectivity issues at times.
