Too bad the upload limit is 10MB(?). Not even sure you can even store persistent information on your own hosted/dedicated server with SC II Battle.net.

You can't.

This isn't going anywhere on battle.net

Which is why we really want LAN, or at least for blizzard to allow larger file sizes.
