Natural/Ice/Fire/Lightning Shield. I know Fire can be trained at Saga 1 Episode 10, but is there any alternative to rafting/cerberus?

General: E7 Escape; Barrier Spikes
Fire Shield: E10 Macha Boss Fight; Falias Floating Stone
Natural Shield: Defeat Fomor Commander I; Archer Spawn
Ice Shield: Hot Air Ballooning; Ice Wyverns
Lightning Shield: Ecology District I; Plants
Train the "attack a shielded enemy" requirement by attacking barrier spikes behind a warp imp's shield.

Would Provocation work as well? Also does that requirement involve any attack?

Any barrier spikes will, using normal punches should be the easiest. Maybe something like dual-gun shots would be faster, but that's about it.
Also I recommend using Cerberus if you're training them all at the same time.

The benefit of the Ep7 spikes is that you don't have to have people drop you in to access them.

I had no idea that was possible. Would have saved me a lot of rafting.
