I can tell you the sheep robe is about 500k- max. The ghost chair can probably sell for 1m If you get someone interested. As for the other items such as the colossus armor, it's price has dropped considerably. I'd recommend getting a base price from housing because it's probably less than 10m.

Unless i'm missing something, I don't think Sheep Robes are tradable?
Bat Boots currently go for a little less than 2m, though.
