  Yes lets have people do drugs illegally, when someone bites your fucking face off because someone did bath salts, then you realize why there are sanctions. Alcohol is tougher because it's so ingrained in society, also it doesnt have that bad of rampant effects. The only big thing is drunk driving, and driving hasnt been around that long in comparison to alchohol's length.
