Looks for Male Elf Characters

So I created an elf character, and Im having a bit of difficulties making his look. If you were to design a male elf character inside the Dressing Room, what face, eyes, mouth, etc. would you give him?

You can either tell me the name of the different features, or just post a screenshot of the look. Thanks!
