Hats, you can do whatever, but I would say there are only four useful reforges. Wotg attack speed, crisis radius, lance charge cooldown reduction, and crash shot fragment reforge are the ones.
For boots, you can get lance charge max distance or ranged attack max damage. You could get drop kick, but I don't think fighter is strong enough to utilize that reforge. Another good option is shooting rush damage.
For clothes, there is no really other good option than crash shot fragment reforge.
If you want to get mainly lance reforges, I suggest you do that on another gear, not bohemian.
Gloves have the most useful reforges, imo.
I went through the list and wrote down the best reforges for each piece of equipment. Some are useful because they have a starting bonus (assault slash range/healing HP recovery) while others afford significant damage benefits or improve versatility. Check out the items in
RED, keeping in mind that you may find the other reforges useful later on especially if they're higher on my list.

As far as Magnum Shot vs Crash Shot damage is concerned...I recommend that Humans side with Crash Shot. Elves should try for a double, or failing that, Magnum Shot.
