I made a r6 untamed automatic dowra and im think of making a taune that upgrade for max damage and es it with max damage as well and use upgrade stone get gives damage instead of crit increase. what im thinking is use dowra for wotg and use taune for clearing mobs using SR only. is that a good choice? if not, what should I do with taune?
Personally I don't think you need to make two types of guns. It's too much of a hassle to switch back and forth for individual WoG and SR situations, but if you must then make R6 Taunes. Just buy a WoG attack speed reforged headwear and simply destroy mobs/bosses.

Swarming, Wild Boar, Backbreaking, Symbolic, and Colossal.
The last 3 being extremely hard / rare to obtain.

I've just managed to buy a 58 max Taunes and obtained a lucky reforge of dual gun max damage 19 with it. I am planning to put automatic es with it to use along with my hummingbird wig for the atk speed bonus during WOTG.
Now the next question I have to ask is which upgrade path should I choose? Keep in mind that I still have to use catering to get 1k str/int (which is usually reserved for runs for 5 or more people or runs not favoring alchemy) and am using BOF +26%. As for the MA tourney bullet storm part, I can handle it fine with hydra and flame burst. I don't actually have any friends whom can co-operate puppetry with me so I have to use freeze pets which of course isn't nearly as effective. I'm actually think either Dmg-Dmg-Dmg-Range-Artisan but Magazine Capacity-Dmg-Dmg-Range-Artisan is good too if the extra bullet serves extra purpose without a puppeteer.
Lastly, how much dex do you need to reach max 50% balance? I heard it was quite low and I only have 250ish at the moment and my Taunes only has 9% balance. Only have a 42% balance when using the guns.

Since the Guns have an Awesome Max Dmg roll and awesome Reforge go with the capacity-dmg-dmg-range-artisan. The extra bullets are super usefull

Really depends on your personal preference. I personally recommend Taunes-users to do "Magazine Upgrade" because I think extra 8 bullet has more utility than 6 damage.
In terms of Balance, 1200 dex is the cap 50% you can get, but you can increase them using damage balance + modifiers. Fierce ES (Suffix) adds +10% balance and Swarming ES (Accessories, Suffix) also adds +3% balance. As long as you use Fierce for your gun suffix and work on dex skills, I think you should be fine with balance %.

Oh I forgot to mention that I had automatic es on the Taunes (forgot to take into account the reload r5 skill) and am planning to enchant Glass Fragment on an armor which gives me 20% balance which gives me a more comfortable range of 63% total balance. After that, just ranking Dual gun skills and composing and magic bolts should give me enough stats to use guns early on with catering.
I do have one more question though. Is special upgrade S the way to go for dual guns? R does give more WOTG power but in terms of stability I do prefer more constant damage across the board.

R upgrade gives the most damage output because it has percentage modifier unlike S (which has fixed damage modifier). Only downside with R is that its RNG-based and extra 62% crit damage won't help much if your dual gun damage is low. S upgrade is viable if you are sure if you can OHKO mobs without crit, otherwise I would stick with R upgrade.

Good guide!
Some of them will help me with dual gun better, especially since I main guns as one of my dual guns...
But I'm curious though, what is your perspective on Golden Dowra and Black Star guns though?

I'm glad if this guide helped you too!
Golden Dowras/Black Star are actually very helpful for early-mid players, but they fall off compared to R-upgraded guns (Dowra/Taunes). But it is not bad to use them before you decide to "invest heavily" on gun, because enchanting/reforging guns cost a ton. In other words, Golden Dowras/Black Star are useful if you don't plan to invest, but if you are going to, you will be better off investing in Dowra/Taunes.

Hmm... I have been golden Dowra for most parts as of now, but I do notice that using the fully updated Dowra guns somehow felt more easier for me to use. I haven't maxed out my Str yet as I didn't rank up most of my ninja skills yet (sitting at around 550 str and 1150 int as of now), but that part should be able to help me as well.

I do engineering, and a lot of people that buy guns from my shop buy 2 or 3 at a time.
I assume they're getting backups for failed enchants or stoning.
Golden Guns lack the range increase of normal Dowras IIRC.
