Hey guys im really sorry. But I could use any advice.
I have a beta fish in a tank here at college. My roomate was a complete asshole and put "Nestea liquid water enchancer" into the tank while I was at class. I dont have any water that was left out to let the chlorine from the tap evaporate. I filtered some water with a pitcher and have it sitting now. I have no clue if the fish are better off in the current water or the water that hasnt been left sitting out. I really dont want to loose them.
If anyone has any advice please please let me know.

How cold is the filtered water?
I would not let them sit in their current water at all, I'm not sure if it could harm them or not but I wouldn't risk it. Do a water change immediately. Your roommate is a fucking asshole

Buy some water conditioner from a pet store or wal-mart. It dechlorinates the water in a few minutes instead of you having to set some out all night. It only takes a few drops per gallon, so a small bottle will last you a long time.

^This. It's especially important if your area uses Chloramines instead of Chlorine to disinfect. Unlike Chlorine with will dissipate just by sitting out overnight, Chloramines wont (which is probably why cities are using them). If you really can't get it, bottled waterworks, but water conditioner is much cheaper in the long run.
