What to upgrade?

  From what I found, your MoBo should have a PCI-Express slot, so any modern card should theortically work assuming you have the needed power for it? Whats your PSU wattage?
  
  I recommend this card, it's a little over $100 but it's the best cost to performance ratio at that price. SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100273L Radeon HD 4850 1GB
  
  If you absoulutely must stay under 100, then this card is okay too. EVGA 512-P3-1240-LR GeForce GT 240 512MB
  
  The GT 240 also doesn't require much power, so if your PSU is weak, get that instead.

  Not sure if you can max everything, but you should be able to play SC2 on high settings with the 4850.
  
  I would double check to make sure if your board has a PCI-e x16 slot first though, so you don't end up making a useless purchase.
