What is the method in getting the armor eg aveline's armor? Is it a pack? Is it in a gacha or is it like the aces and waffle cone card?

It's in a gach in KR. Much like most NPC outfits, I find it unlikely that it will be made available outside of a gach.

Very low, I spent about $50 on it in KR and got maybe the gloves of one of the divine knights, wasn't her. Odds may very when NA gets it.

Pretty recent in terms of KR:

NA Mabi seems to be preparing for Divine Knights, it's probably just around the corner.
Their FB page cover, the game launcher, the website's background, the login screen all are updated for it. They're going incredibly fast from what I can see.
