hello, i noticed when i get lvl 20 dex, for example, a cutscene appear this happend whit elementals too? and how many take you for some eles?
im at 28 fines atm with r1 3lines,

iirc the cutscene would appear with high level elementals aswell.. the chance to get any elemental reforges is purely based on RNG(luck).
for some people it may take 1~10 reforges, for others it may take 100 reforges.. It's up to the game to decide..

Cutscene is only an indicator of rank up. You can get elementals without rank up, and even for ele 6, cutscene doesn't necessarily follow up.
