I tried it, my ping wasn't the best. I think it was around ~240ish, so it wasn't the most enjoyable thing ever. Honestly, just play a private server or something because the game is never going to come out in America.

I used to play in the russian server since I get better latency there, but quitted.
As much as I enjoyed BnS, I just didn't like how its prioritizing the Main Storyline that there's really nothing challenging when you're stuck doing quests and in the end, the NPCs are OP that THEY could've done the task themselves instead.
