Does skill reset remove partial training? e.g. My refining is rank 2 with all the failure requirements complete. If I reset, will I have to do the failures again? The wiki only adds this detail for the Perfect Skill Reset Capsule and not the normal Skill Reset Capsule.
I heard that if you're under level 1000 cumulative, you could repeatedly skill reset and max each skill set individually, so that later down the track you would only need the AP to skill up.

Yes, you have to do failures again.

This trick does work though right?

The wiki editors were probably lazy or didn't think about typing that on the regular capsule.
But anyway, yes. If you reset, any training accumulated at that rank will be lost, meaning you have to do it again.

To be clear, if you fully trained the skill at r2 and de-ranked it then you will still lose all of r2's training. To prevent this you should rank it to rank 1 before resetting. For master titles I believe you keep them, but they are locked until you reach r1.

That would not make sense for master titles, since it requires 100% training to use a master title and you will need to complete the training requirements again.

Yeah, the thing about Master titles is true.
They'll stay on the title list, looking like you can use them, but upon trying to equip it, it'll say you can't, unless the skill is rank 1 again.
