  10m gold will maybe cover the price of one crisis 18+ hat, maybe two if lucky.
  Then reforging one s6 savage wand is probably like 7~50m depending on luck and you still have another to deal with.
  Buying one blaze 18+ gloves is probably 15~20m if there's anyone even selling, and you also still need two.
  Buying blaze/ma lv 3 accessories is like 5m+ each, and you'd be looking to get 4.
  Blaze 17+ clothes is also costly and although optional, it is very much useful.

  The flaw is that only blaze can do the kind of damage needed for that tactic. If you want some kind of non-blaze non-hydra non-flame/rain duo with physical skillsets you're gonna need something even more expensive than all the blaze nonsense which is pretty much 900+ damage guns/puppet with all relevant reforges/enchants as well as constant buffing/bone chipping and it's still less efficient than blaze.

  Regardless you made a good point, I'll keep my DEX skills, but Support Shot is affected by elf lag so I don't think I'll be able to do that rain casting + support lance charge method if not and I'd feel lame about that since I always hear about it. If I can't fix it I'm pretty much done with my elf and remake as a human. A thought of switching roles came up, she could have support shot and I would smash--Oh wait, elves aren't made for it.

  
  
  I'll give you a list of what you need. This includes enchants and reforges.
  
  Crisis 15+ = 6+ mil
  Blaze 15+ = 15+ mil
  Magic Attack 20 savage wand = 20-30 mil, you're better off buying this rather than reforging yourself.
  Blaze/Magic Attack accesories = 5+ mil
  Dual Gun Max damage 15+ = 20+ mil
  
  And this is just reforges. Now if you add enchants up...
  
  Oblivion Dexterity = 4 mil ish
  Encore Ambush = 200k, dirt cheap, but... when you're wearing a light armor, you'd get boiling champion, which in total would be about 10-13 mil.
  Solo Viscount = 4-5 mil
  Solo Difficult= 20-25 mil
  
  These are the things that would literally put you at end game gear, and much closer to duoing NPC.
  Unless you have fuck ton of real life money to buy these in paypal, I'd just keep ranking range and dex skills. Here's a problem: you're complaining about range at 400 max, which is obviously early game damage. You've got to at least get to sniper title stage and get some decent gears and see where that puts you.
  
  For right now, I'd just say try to solve your lag issues then continue range. Your range is nowhere near at the level to decide if it's a good skillset or not.
