If I recall correctly there was a car that was set one fire. There was also a bit of police chasing protesters away. There were even mass arrests of people that were released a few hours later, though people complained since they were cold.

If it wasn't such a big ordeal to move to Canada I would ditch the US in a heartbeat.

Well what do you know, you are correct. I think Elleanior was thinking of it strictly in the US kind of State when that's a really narrow and specific example that only a single country uses. Don't know of any other country that is composed of "states"
