so, why dont i see more people use poison potion? It boosts damage output and is not hard to obtain (snake pets, hostage mob frequent drop...).
Also will it be good for the new raid contents?
(please do not give me "Oh people 1 shot everything". Think about early/mid gamers :c)

Don't have snake pet, don't do belvast hostage, don't care.
And no, Apostle Girgashiy is immune to poison.

The problem with poison is that it wears off too quickly, and most mobs are immune to it as well. As for early/mid game players, I suppose you could use poison to take out tough bosses or you could just use your snake pet (if you have one).
EDIT: I think Dischord is actually a better form of poison overall tbh. (Less mobs immune to dischord, and also provides a pretty big slow, granted you have Dischord ranked.)

It's a hassle to keep reapplying it, other then that, most common shadow mission mobs can be 1~2 shotted anyways.

I find that for certain bosses, poison is helpful, such as the Shadow Commander of Provocation, Giant Lioness, and the Shadow Warrior Boss of Conflict. Aside from that, I don't use it. It's still fun just watching the poison tick down though.

Too much tedious effort for a little reward, basically.

If you're able to get poison, most commonly from lord missions, you shouldn't need the poison to kill things.
If you're lower than the said level, the mobs in those missions aren't bulky enough to justify poison.
So yea, people will one-shot, even for early-mid gamers. By mid game, poison shouldn't even be considered.

Even for those, you don't need poison.

Unfortunately, there aren't many things where poison is effective where plain on wailing on something wouldn't be better...
Though, I guess there are some situations where it would be nice, if your damage isn't too high and the enemy has a really high amount of HP.
An enemy that also doesn't decide to be immune to poison.
Heh, only things I can think of are the "boss" of Conflict, and the boss of Fomor Attack.
And the Giant Lionesses that spawn alongside the Giant Lion :B
I do wish poison was more accessible (gathering water in bottles AND having such a low % for poison potions even at r1 Potion Making, or nonstacking Bottled Poison from an NX pet cobra)
And that it lasted more than a few hits.
And that applying it was quicker.
The only time I used Poison a lot was when I had a ton of poison potions leftover from ranking Potion Making and didn't want to just drop them.
(or fragment them, since that mostly just returns the bottles of water)

Secret is, if you hit them with poison and splash the giant lion, he gets poisoned too because splash ignores poison immunities for some reason associated with good programming, has to splash him off the female though it cant be like wm or something. Not sure if that works on black/white dragon or not but I've done it on lion a few times with a venom sword.
