so i probably cooked the pancakes too fastly
any way ended up with large fluffy ones
stuffed with pancake mix
how do i avoid pancake mix filled pancakes (that taste good o.o)

Reduce the temperature a bit so the outside can't burn and increase baking time. Also you can just use less pancake mix at once so it's spread more thinly.

Don't pancake mix box usually comes with the direction? Do that when making the batter.
And as for cooking, when you see the edge start to get slightly darker (light tan), flip it.

i followed box and was too thin used less liquid and was nice an fluffy but inside didnt cook

just cook it at a lower setting than the highest...
if it's a gas stove, make the flame be not as big
