The effects are too bright. The composition is also really strange. You should try to avoid things that line up too closely to the edges (like the nose). The repeated image is worse because the tip of the nose meets the corner. The original color pallet was better, in my opinion. This almost just looks like SHINY AND DODGEDESU. x.x
