Then add a Critical smash with a Dragon Blade (Or Claymore)
Then add a critical counter attack
Then add Magical Music Effect (Roar of the Battlefield)
Quick add-up
Support shot +200% Melee Damage
Counter Attack (If Giant) +200% Damage from self 200% Damage from opponent
Smash (With two-handed weapon) 600% Damage
Roar of Battlefield (Magic Music) +31%
So.....1231% Damage?
Now, if only we could find out what a G13 Giant can hit....

Multipliers are multiplicative, not additive. If you were correct (which you're not) then that would result in the player having a multiplier of 3144%. Unfortunately, counterattack's damage multiplier is independent and overrides skill multipliers. Full Swing has the greatest damage potential, followed by Crash Shot, Blaze, Smash and Elven Magic Missile.
I'm not going to break this down to exact numbers. Stats are far too variable. New enchants and skills are added each generation.
* Most items have been averaged. (max-min)balance+min. If these values are off, substitute mine with your own and multiply by the respective value.
* The critical formula is actually (max-min)balance+min+(max*1.5), however, I will substitute this formula for the simpler ((max-min)balance+min)2.5
