Question about selling

Okay so I haven't played in a while and when I did I wasn't savvy about the economy of the game enough to try and super rich. I'm fairly well off but some abbreviations still confuse me and I end up assuming instead of knowing.

So dumb question about something "everyone" should know, what does "c/o" and "a/w" mean?
